By accessing or using the AnnexForge application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the Service
AnnexForge is developed by AnnexForge as an automated tool to assist in assessing risk levels of AI systems and generating technical documentation aligned with the EU AI Act (Annex IV).
Disclaimer: This tool only provides preliminary diagnostic and compliance suggestions based on the information provided. It does not constitute formal or definitive legal advice. AnnexForge is not a law firm and does not bear any ultimate legal responsibility or liability for your final compliance actions under the EU AI Act or any other regulations. Always consult with qualified legal counsel before making compliance decisions. Furthermore, AnnexForge utilizes artificial intelligence models to generate its reports. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies (commonly known as 'hallucinations'). You agree to independently verify all outputs and assume all risks associated with relying on the generated documentation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to our platform. Generating reports requires accurate input to provide relevant diagnostics. You agree not to misuse our services or disrupt their normal operation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AnnexForge are owned by AnnexForge. You may not distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from AnnexForge. The reports generated remain your property to the extent they contain your data, but the templates and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnnexForge's total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price paid ($299).
Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, AnnexForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any compliance failures, regulatory fines, or legal penalties you may incur under the EU AI Act or any other applicable laws. This is an administrative assistive tool, not legal counsel.
6. Payments, Refund Policy & Governing Law
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
