We collect information you provide directly to us when using AnnexForge, including your email address and data submitted through our compliance questionnaires necessary to generate your report.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to generate and deliver your Annex IV Engineering Draft and to communicate with you about your order. We strictly respect your intellectual property and data confidentiality. We do not use your proprietary business data, technical architecture, or generated reports to train any AI models, public or private.

3. Data Security and Retention

We employ reasonable industry-standard measures to protect your information. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations (typically 2 years after last use). Payment information is securely processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hangzhou, China, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction dictate otherwise.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Legal Basis: We process your data primarily to fulfill our contract with you (generating the report).
  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  • Cross-Border Transfers: As we operate globally, your data may be transferred to servers outside the EEA (e.g., China, USA). We ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
