Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content Exception

We adhere to a 14-day refund policy for our services. However, under EU Consumer Rights Law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content once the performance has begun with your prior express consent.

By checking the withdrawal waiver box during checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate generation and delivery of the Annex IV digital PDF. You acknowledge and agree that upon successful generation and delivery of the document, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, and the sale becomes final. Refunds post-delivery are strictly limited to cases of critical technical failure where our system fails to deliver the promised document.

By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@kekelabs.com with your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries regarding payments, returns, and cancellations.
